Vice President of Agronomy & Marketing, AgState - Cherokee

We are currently seeking a Vice President of Agronomy & Marketing. We are seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible, under the direction of the CEO, for the overall Agronomy strategy, marketing, sales, direction, coordination and evaluation of these areas. This individual will serve as a member of the leadership team and will participate in the overall direction and strategic vision of the organization.

• 10 or more years of leadership experience including managing exempt employees 
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Prior experience in strategic planning, agronomy product/service offerings, etc.

• Lead the strategic direction for AgState’s successful Agronomy Division including the functional areas of Crop Protection, Fertilizer, Seed and Precision Ag, Technical Services and Sales.
