The Production Superintendent has overall responsibility for the safety, quality and production performance of their shift. They are a member of the Leadership Team and must reflect the desired behavior in attendance, attitude, and performance. They will train and enforce company policies and procedures, complete associate qualifications, coach associates, and administer disciplinary actions if warranted. Must possess a willingness to assist with troubleshooting as well as operating production equipment through relief periods if necessary.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of related experience and/or training required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
