Performs administrative duties, including typing, copying, dictation, sending interdepartmental Chariton and WDM mail, and filing. Translates and offers bilingual communication between English and Spanish-speaking applicants and employees. Reviews employment applications, and schedules and conducts job interviews. Plays a key role in recruitment and retention efforts including activities such as reviewing employment applications, scheduling and conducting job interviews, tracking exit interview results, conducting surveys, etc. Compiles and distributes disciplinary consultations for attendance.

Processes employment applications. Administers and scores tests and performs various administrative duties. Assists with special projects and performs other duties as assigned by management.
Must speak and read Spanish and English fluently. Experience working in an office environment required. Human Resources experience a plus. Must be extremely organized. Computer knowledge in the following programs required: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
