Audiometrist- Northwest AEA, Cherokee

NWAEA is looking for an Audiometrist to administer pure tone and impedance screenings, and to use available technology to complete and disseminate appropriate documentation of screening results.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills, especially word processing and spreadsheets

• Coordinate screening schedules with local school and AEA staff.
• Adhere to department screening protocol as described in the hearing department procedures manual.
• Provide otoacoustic emission (OAE) screening that follows department procedures.
• Communicate screening results to audiologists to ensure appropriate audiological follow up.
